    Using Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and gentle nervous system attunement, we listen for areas of tension, stress, or protective holding and allow them to soften naturally.

  • Remote Subconscious & Emotional Integration

    This work supports the release of emotional and subconscious patterns that may be contributing to stress, overwhelm, or a sense of feeling stuck. Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and guided by what your system is ready to address in the moment.

    I integrate principles from Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code within sessions, allowing the work to unfold organically rather than following a rigid protocol. This approach supports both emotional regulation and deeper nervous system settling over time.

    Remote sessions are especially supportive for clients who feel emotionally exhausted, short on time, or prefer to receive care from the comfort of home. This work does not require physical presence and is just as effective at a distance.
